Freestyle machines info from RCI

A while back someone had asked if IOS was supposed to get a freestyle machine when it went into dry dock. I emailed RCI and asked them directly. It took forever to get an answer but this is what they have to say about it...

IIRC the plan was to make it Fleet Wide a few Ships at a time :confused:
