Future Cruise Credit & OBC

Just booked a last minute discounted cruise using a FCC. Princess also discounted the OBC. It is the first time this has happened to us but wanted to know if it is something new with princess. We booked a similar cruise in October 2012 & received the appropriate OBC. Appreciate your assistance

Check the wording on your FCC.

 

If it was issued before March 15, 2012, it would have the amounts you remember and Princess will honor what it says.

 

If it was issued after March 14, 2012, then the wording has the new (and many lower) amounts you encountered.

Thank you. We somehow thought if we had a 4 year OBC (purchased April 2012) the old OBC's would apply.

Yes, I believe they would. I'd call back and ask them to honor the FCC OBC.
