cabin near elevators

Its doubtfull you are right by the elevators enough to really hear them. I have been booked near elevators on purpose lots of times. Once I was on Ecstasy right outside the mid elevator lobby and could hear a faint ding.. no other time could I hear anything.

However, if there are noisy people walking off the elevators drinking you might hear them. Once I heard a drunk .. but not often. I like the convenience and book there on purpose if I can. I used to cruise with my sister who is disabled enough it was important.

we are booked on Triumph next to elevators. If I am looking at deck plan correctly, there are six regular elevators and four glass elevators. Will we hear a lot of traffic outside our cabin? Thanks:)

Pam & I were on the Triumph in 6274 (port side forward on the back side of the forward port side elevators) in January. Never heard any elevator/human noise from the elevator lobby. Did hear some of the atrium music sometimes. Passengers talking in the hall sometimes. None of that was particularly disturbing. Enjoy!
