My previously complete immigration info went poof

Hi all,

 

Booked on the Royal for July......did all the personalizer, passport info right away. It was complete.

Looked today and it was now termed incomplete and all the passport info was missing.

 

I called Princess and the rep stated she could see it was previously complete.

She did not know what happened.

I asked her to send it over to their IT department, because it was complete, saved, and nothing missing.

So glad I checked.

 

Still no stateroom assignment yet.... :)

I had the same thing happen to me twice for the same cruise. Since then I have been checking weekly to make sure it's ok..So far so good.
