We thought about ya'll every evening at dinner as we enjoyed ours!

 

Lol. Sorry we never got to meet. Had our beads on at the Sunset bar for sailaway. Just met JW and jerome.

 

We are now stalled in your home state of Texas on our way back to San Diego. At Houston. Failed to make timely connection

I was so pleased to see my favorite appetizer, escargot , offered on the menu on our October cruise on the Century. I did not have them all of the 15 nights on board, I do tend to appreciate other items on the menu. Honestly, on 2 previous cruises my husband and I enjoyed the stuffed mushroom caps that seemingly replaced the escargot. My DH would prefer the crab stuffed mushroom caps, me...I would rather have the snails!! Could the availability of the escargot be not only a seasonal scarcity but also the size of the vessel that they are offered on?
