Escargot?

Was on the cancelled sailing of the Aug 16 Millennium. Had them prior to the ship being cancelled. Dish was disappointing. Bland, cold and rubbery.

I ordered them last night on Century and they were the best I have ever had onboard. :)

SO happy to read that they might be on our Century Cruise next month!!

 

'Murray's Pop' appears to me that we are on the same cruise, let's hope that the other cruisers don't gobble them up before Oct 7th!!

If they are back, good! I was on Summit a month ago and they didn't have them!

 

Maybe next cruise they will be "in stock".

 

Just off the Summit and we got menus several times with escargot but

could not order them. Our waiter said they weren't available and were

told they wouldn't be anytime soon. Hope you have better luck.

We leave out of Seattle on Solstice Friday 9/13/13. Yes it is Friday the 13th. I sure hope the have Escargot in Blu every night and Prime Rib the 1st night. A Celebrity cruise is just not the same without Escargot every night. There is always room service I guest!!! It would make a nice before bed snack.:rolleyes: It will be our 1st time trying Blu. Richard

On the Oct 19-26 sailing of Summit, they were available on the "Everyday Menu" and truly available, as several at our table had them every night! Love the buttery sauce for dipping...

They were on the MDR menu every night on our Sept. 1 sailing on the Silhouette....and I had them every time we ate in the MDR...sometimes I ordered two servings....couldn't help myself.:D:D

They were on the menu daily on Connie during our Baltic Cruise in July and hoping they will have them on the Silhouette on our cruise starting December 22nd. I LOVE THEM

Hi Lou,

You must have been a ravenous group as we were on Infinity transatlantic Oct. 24-Nov. 7 and had them a few nights on "always available," then off the menu for several nights and then back on for our 3rd formal night and remained on for the last 2 nights!

 

So a surprise every night whether on or off. Enjoyed them a few times though!:)
