Documet Printing Problems

Hello everyone:

 

Is anyone having problems with the printing of boarding passes from Princess? I never had any problem before.

 

I have tried several different ways to get them out and all I get are various characters and garbage on several pages; then I have to kill the print job.

 

I printed out the luggage tags w/o any problems.

I'd recommend trying a reboot and power cycling your printer. I haven't tried printing boarding passes recently but reboots will fix a lot of ills in Windows.

Just printed out mine no problem. Hope you figure it out.

The garbled text is likely a problem with the .pdf file. Make sure you have the latest adobe update and allow the page file to fully load before hitting the print button.

I had no problem printing boarding passes today but since my printer often acts up, I tried emailing the documents to myself. Its an option on the personalizer. They printed just fine but I thought if they didn't Id be able to try again. Id do as the first poster suggested...total reboot. If that didn't work, Id disconnect the printer from the computer and have it reinstall it. Can you tell Id like a new printer?

Printers are cheap. The profit's in the ink cartridges.

Kinda like Barbie Dolls and their clothes.
