Could someone tell me if they still give you a Insulated Cup if you purchase the coke card?

Yes. Definitely on the ships that have the Freestyle soda machines, because the cup is required to make the machine work. (Although you don't have to use the cup for sodas from the bar.)

would cups work from cruise to cruise or on other ships, or can they change the electronic code to prevent this? Don't cruise enough to test this, just curious.

The price on the Breeze was $54 w/tip I think. And like i said, you don't even get the cup.

I would expect the chip in the cup is encoded with the dates it is valid.

It is. It won't even fill your drink after 2AM or so on embarkation morning.

That dpends on what they have programmed in. We had a crise from Oct 14-21. My cup said it expired Oct 25.:confused:

 

It will tell you when it expires when you put it into the machine.

The times I've had a cup that I could use at an automated fountain dispenser or a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, the expiration date of the cup was a few days after the cruise was over.
