Does anyone know of a company that can pick us up from the airport in Sydney. The following day we would like a tour outside the city to see the kangaroos and Kola bears...Blue Mountains

and the following day take us to the to the ship.

After the cruise we need someone to be picked us up and take us a tour of the city for the day, then take us to the airport

Thank you

The Blue Mountains would generally be an all day tour. Not sure about combining them together. You can also take a ferry across the harbour to the Tauranga Zoo and see koalas and kangeroos. You'll have a nice harbour tour as well.

You don't need a single company to do all this.

If, on day one, all you want to do is to get from the airport to your hotel, just take a taxi. No point paying a tour company extra money to do this one trip.

On day three, you can also just take a taxi to the terminal. Depending on where your hotel is and which terminal your ship is at, you might even be able to just walk there.

So you really only need a tour company to do the Blue Mountains tour on day two. As Valley Girl says, this will take all day. Of course, that leaves you virtually no time for Sydney itself, which needs a month to see.

As Globaliser says, the easiest thing to do on Day 1 and Day 3 is just take a taxi.

On Day 2, you can do a self-tour to the Blue Mountains on the train or arrange for a bus (coach) tour. Since you want to see native animals, I would choose a tour that includes a stop at Featherdale Park where you will see kangaroos hopping around the grounds and you can have your photo taken with a koala. (Please don't call them "koala bears". They aren't bears and hearing them called that makes the locals cringe--or worse.) A Google search should come up with a lot of choices since Featherdale is a popular stopover on BM tours.. Although I've been to the Blue Mountains twice, we did self-guided tours so I can't recommend a tour provider.

Your day of sightseeing in Sydney upon your return will be the trickiest. It sounds like you are not spending the night, so you need someone who can show you around AND has a place for your luggage. Since Sydney is best seen on foot, that's problematic. Sorry, I have no suggestions for that.
