Casino on European cruise

Is the casino always open on a European cruise? I'm always used to "waiting till we hit international water"

Exactly the same applies in europe.

 

note that if you are on a round Britain cruise it hardly ever leaves british territorial waters.

Casino staff were vacationing for 4 full consecutive days and then worked 2 hours following evening and 2 1/2 the night after that.

 

Ridiculous !!
