it is what they can cover on request. In there show the second to last night of our cruise in August 2012 they did a 14 minute version of Pink Floyd's The Wall complete with helicopter background. Jamie Lawrence a renowned Maui Hawaiian singer and musician was on this cruise. It was his second on PG and he played with Siglo several times. For us as we became friends with Jamie and his wife we interacted directly with the boys in Siglo. A great group of musicians. They just made the PG experience that much more fun. Now of course if you weren't up having a good time late at night you missed a lot of the fun and music. i guess you just had to be there. I would cruise on a ship specifically to cruise again with Siglo. Not going to make it big time but a great as you say cover band.

They are a cover band. Now I really don't get it.

On a cruise ship you pretty well have to be a cover band. Think about it--no one genre of music would suit even a majority of pax. So you have to be versatile and flexible, and please your audience.

I'm going to be on Oceania Riviera in 16 days--and Siglo is getting off that ship that very day!!! :(

I agree that a cover band is generally appropriate for a cruise ship. I don't agree that there is any cover band on the earth getting all gaga over. I definitely wouldn't book a cruise because of one.

Unless it's Brit Floyd or Aussie Floyd!

You know, there are so many cruises now with real bands. Cruise to the Edge a few months ago - Yes, Asia, Carl Palmer, Steve Hackett, etc.

Too bad it was an MSC cruise.

Exactly. There have been several of those types of cruises that I loved the line up, but couldn't get past the crappy cruise line.
