Best bet is to go to NCL .com and look at the tab for "Ships". No, not all have a Haven. YMMV in the Haven.

No, all shps don't have a Haven. And the Havens on the Epic and Breakaway/Getaway vary greatly from the Haven space on the jewel class ships.

Actually I should have been more specific. It is on NCL.com, then choose "Learn about our cruises" then "Accomodations" and there is info about the Haven. In that area there is also the link posted above.

Original HAVEN is on Jewel class (pearl, jade, gem). They are a group of mostly 2 BR penthouses. They have a shared pool/garden area. Pool is VERY small. Access to this level is restricted. There are 2 or more Owners suites, and usually 2 1BR penthouses here as well.

 

All real suites get various VIP treatment including breakfast and lunch at Cagneys. Newer ships have a version of this.
