Turks/Caicos scam

Officials in Turks and Caicos are pulling off a scam on tourists as explained in the news report at this link:

Officials "plant" a bullet in your luggage and then on inspection "find" it, with a big fine etc. This is easy for them to do with checked luggage at an airport, but for cruisers they would have to do this at the inspection station when entering the cruise terminal to re-board the ship. Nice island.
