Every Royal Caribbean ship I've been on has had Christmas ornaments available for sale no matter what time of year. In fact, that is the souvenir of the cruise my wife and I always get. We have a section on our tree with an ornament from each vacation we've taken together. We currently have 8 Royal Caribbean ornaments for that vacation section of our tree, and hope to add many more soon.

Yes, but only for the ship you are on.

Just off the Explorer on Saturday. They had Christmas ornaments(gold tone) and ornaments that were the ship hanging on a cord.

Great! We'll be on Explorer in December, and we collect ornaments from everywhere we travel. After many years of collecting,, we re now able to decorate our entire tree with memories.
