Hi everyone,

We are thinking on going on a Paul Gauguin Cruise and wanted to know the best time to go. We have heard mixed reviews/times. We do not want to go when it is hot/humid.

Thank you! :)

Your close to the Equator, it's going to be humid and hot year round though some times it will be slightly better than others.

Bet time to go is May - September .........

Still can get hot & humid during this time period.

The historical worst time is December - March though I've gone during this time and enjoyed my time ........... but I knew it would be hot and humid.

If your thinking of visiting when it isn't hot or humid your fooling yourself;)

Actually I have been three times in dec to feb and only this year did we get so much rain.

The one time we went in July it rained two days as well. Our trip in August also had some rain.

Have to agree the best weather was in September October in terms of humidity.

May is known for sharp winds in the tuna motus.
