How soon can I see my booking?

Tried to search if there was a thread about it - can't find.

 

I just made a reservation directly with Princess, closed the site, and can't see my booking when opened again. I have the booking number, not working.

 

How soon can I see it? Tomorrow? I hoped for immediately :mad:

Check tomorrow. It'll take a while for your Personalizer to be updated.

Mine usually pop up as soon as I have booked and closed the browser. I reopen my personalizer and it is there. Maybe it takes longer by phone, but booking online has always been immediate for me:confused:

I always see mine right away. I sign into my cruise personalizer and get into it that way.

I can usually see it immediately - have you received any emails from princess confirming the booking? This too usually occurs at the same time.

I have always seen mine as soon as log on after booking.

When I've booked by phone, it's normally taken a hour or so before showing up.

If your reservation still isn't showing, call Princess. It should appear within minutes.

Good morning, all! Maybe for me it had something to do with timing when the office is closed, and I had to wait for their system update?

 

Whatever the reason, in the morning the reservation is there with a cheerful message: 137 days till your next cruise :D

Use a TA and always see the booking in our personalizer within 15 to 30 minutes of booking.

The TA is very likely booking during normal working hours.

Could have hit a system maintenance window.
