smeyer418 Posted June 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 19, 2013 http://www.maritime-executive.com/article/Carnival-Sues-BAE-Systems-Over-Recent-Triumph-Mishap-2013-06-18/ I know its a long title. But the headline in the Newspaper could have meant Carnival sued the maker of the on board equipment when the fire broke out. Note that the man who died when the ship broke free is also suing Carnival.

AdGuyMG Posted June 20, 2013 #5 Share Posted June 20, 2013 Note that the man who died when the ship broke free is also suing Carnival. Did the dead man call a lawyer or did he just show up at the lawyers office?
oldrailfan Posted June 20, 2013 #6 Share Posted June 20, 2013 Note that the man who died when the ship broke free is also suing Carnival. I doubt a dead man is suing anyone... maybe his estate or his survivors are...
