Recent Commercials for Carnival

Has anyone seen any recent commercials for Carnival? I haven't seen any lately.

Neither have I...but I have been seeing tons of the RCL ads.

Go to Youtube and look up Carnival commercials. There are even the old ones with Kathy Lee on them. Kind of fun if you're feeling nostalgic.:)

Your not seeing commercials because they are making too much money... Bookings are very strong now, wait till winter, they'll start up again.

the last three commercials i saw were telling me a carnival vacation was better than being in a cesspool filled pool, stuck on an upside roller coaster, or being attacked by bears.

 

that of course as long as you were on a ccl ship still under its own power.

 

i wasn't too surprised when i heard they were getting rid of mcmahon and tate.

I have been flooded with both emails and print ads

now getting snail mail at least 3 times a week...

Based on that commercial, I can see why Carnival fired their advertising agency. Yikes!

I have seen the one with the lion and bear. It shows frequently in Florida. No roller coaster.

We have two cruises booked and all of the sales and price drops are more than what we paid. I don’t think they are desperate.

Bookings can't be that strong with all the sales and price drops they've been doing lately.

 

I got my second price drop in a week yesterday and mentioned to my PVP that Carnival must be hurting. She said, no, they are very busy with bookings right now, the are just having great sales. Of course, I think the one, the bookings, are a result of the second, sales.
