In the baggage claim area, under the escalator, at SEATAC - -

you will find KEN'S LUGGAGE STORAGE. They will store your luggage, and even your fish/game in a freezer for about $8 a bag. They are open 24 hours. We used it post cruise while exploring Seattle. (The luggage storage at the pier closed at 3pm.)
