When did the NEW FCC program start- Date ?

Does any one know the date the NEW Future cruise certificate program started ???

I don't know an exact date but my memory is that it was around mid to late October/early November 2012.

If you're talking about the changed program where there are different levels of deposit requirements, I thought it was in late Sept.'12, but it could have been early October.

I was on a cruise in Sept, purchased a FCD, and my confirmation letter said the deposit did not expire. I thought that was one of the changes that happened at the same time.

In any case, Sail and I are in reasonable agreement as to the timing.

I bought one October 2, 2013, that had the new terms - but it says that it's good for 4 years and if not used during that time will be automatically cancelled and the deposit refunded.
