Excursion question.

We are going on our first cruise in October to Bermuda on the Grandeur. The ship will arrive at 3 PM and we have an excursion at 6:30 PM. How and when will be notified as to where to meet, and at what time for the excursion?

The tickets will be delivered to your stateroom along with the time and location of the meeting place for your excursion.

Sounds like (but you didnt indicate) the excursion is a ship-sponsored excursion. As previous poster said, excursion tickets and info will be left in your stateroom. (If it is not a ship- excursion, check w/ your tour operator...)

Thanks for the responses. I should have said we booked thru RCI. Hopefully we'll have some time between docking and the excursion to check out the dockyard.
