icartjetta Posted June 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I live here in Orlando, Florida and I was wondering how you go about getting last minute deals on cruises. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks:D
serene56 Posted June 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Ihave booked my cruises almost a year in advanced. Every cruise has sailed at 250 or more pp except one. Prices for the last minute will still be high...if theprice came down the cruise lines will have to honor the price difference and give everyone a reduction in price. Go to any online agency. view a cruise on a ship for 2 weeks from now and price the same ship for one year away..notice the difference in price. Not saying the cruiselines try to sell those cabins...but going at the prevailing rate.
bama911gal Posted June 28, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Some of the online agencies are offering "in house" deals for Carnival cruises. I just got a great deal on the Glory out of Port Canaveral, it was $95 cheaper than Carnival. If you want more info as I don't think we are allowed to mention names on the boards, email me at bama911gal@charter.net - in subject line put Carnival Cruises Info or I will delete it since I don't know your email addy.
