Weather

Recommended Posts

For detailed weather info, check out each of your port stops on this website (I've preset for Halifax, NS right now but you can search in the Location field) for their statistical average temps, rainfall etc. if you want to get the most likely range of weather.

You might get lucky, you might get unlucky, so clothes-wise, same as with any cruise in northern latitudes: layers. Lots of light layer-able clothes including a wind & water resistant jacket and footwear. Since you're in Long Island I imagine that you already have everything you need if you go outdoors much in Fall.

I would pack a bit of everything and layer as mentioned. On both of our Canada/NE cruises we experienced some rainy days, some hot days where shorts and t-shirts were needed and some really cool nights on the ship (if you went outside).
