Dear John,

With my deepest remorse, I regret to inform you my husband Hans-Peter Heine

passed away June 17, 2013 from a brain aneurism in Celle, Germany.

 

His loving wife,

In Memory and Condolence

I was saddened to hear this tragic news.

I first met Hans-Peter as Executive Chef supervising the open kitichen

of NCL Spirit's LeBistro and his famous Fantasy Dinner (pre curser to the fleetwide Chef's Table).

But, I came to know him as a person in our nightly meetings for a late night drink and smoke in the cigar lounge.

He possessed and shared warmth, humor and friendship with all whom he met. I will miss him.

I extend my sincere prayers and good wishes of conslolation for his family and many friends.

Sorry to hear and condolences to you and your family. We got to meet and talk to him quite extensively on our 14 day med cruise on the Jade last year, great man and took great pride in his job.
