Well then I do feel special since I only book interior. :p

 

When did you last receive luggage tags? They only stopped sending them Nov 1, 2012. So those that sailed in Dec 2012 got them (they were mailed before Nov 1) but 2013 cruisers only get them if they are in suites.

Maybe that explains it. My last NCL cruise was in December. :p

No need to attach cabin luggage tags before you get on a flight. Airline doesn't need them. Just attach them to your bags before you get to the port. I always carry a tiny stapler for that purpose. I know OP isn't flying but maybe some one else can use this info.
