Ok where do the officers hang out at night on the Soltice?

depends who they are

 

On one trip they wandered all around the ship

 

On another we often found the cruise director and her team in the cellar masters holding a meeting with the uniformed officers wandering around deck 4 and 5 - often passing the martin bar - particularly the F&B

 

Saw the captain walking around the deck quite a lot

Sometimes they have coffee in Cafe Al Bacio, sometimes they may

be sitting in one of the lounges.....

I agree with the previous poster. It depends on the time of day and

there isn't what I consider "one spot" and not all the officers

"hang out".

Sometimes they do stroll and are accessible to guests as well.

I would think they are together somewhere based on my experiences on the Century. Most nights several of the officers would come together in the Martini Bar. They are certainly entitled to chill out at the end of the night, but I often got the feeling they brought some tension to the bar staff which was certainly a negative in my eyes. I'm sailing on the Solstice for the first time this October and will post if I find their spot.
