reedl Posted August 2, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Here is a link to a simple website I created with some pictures of the bridge and other areas "behind the scenes" on the Liberty of the Seas. Let me know what you think.. http://pblq.com/bts.html One thing we learned was that a cruise ship cannot run out of....... rice Yup Rice. If there is no rice, the crew will mutiny. dogchopper Posted August 2, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 2, 2013 I didn't think you were allowed to take pictures on those tours?? Or is that just a carnival rule.
Clarea Posted August 2, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 2, 2013 I didn't think you were allowed to take pictures on those tours?? Or is that just a carnival rule. Royal allows still photos, but no video of certain areas like the bridge.
dogchopper Posted August 2, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Wow that's great to know. We are going on the freedom in sept and I've always wanted to do one of those tours but never have because if I can't take a picture it's no fun..
dogchopper Posted August 2, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Now I'm curious as to how much the tour costs?? I'm going to be on the freedom of the seas but I cannot find anything about that tour or how to book it ..
Cruzn Fool Posted August 2, 2013 #7 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Thank you for the pictures. It gives you an interesting perspective on the amount of food/drinks they have to bring on each cruise. Is this a tour that is open to everyone? A fee for it? Do you need to sign up and if so, when/where?
Clarea Posted August 2, 2013 #8 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Now I'm curious as to how much the tour costs?? I'm going to be on the freedom of the seas but I cannot find anything about that tour or how to book it .. The All-Access tour is $150 per person. Check early with Guest Services once you are on board to book it.

barb in ga Posted August 4, 2013 #15 Share Posted August 4, 2013 We booked the all access dining package for our Oct 6-13 cruise. I found it on the RCI website under "dining options". The package is $170 per person; it includes a 3 1/2 hour tour of the bridge, etc, and also includes a dinner at Chops and a dinner at Portofino. hellsop Posted August 4, 2013 #16 Share Posted August 4, 2013 One thing we learned was that a cruise ship cannot run out of....... rice Yup Rice. If there is no rice, the crew will mutiny. I can believe it. Rice is food, to a lot of the world, right down to at least colloquial synonyms if not dictionary ones.
