I was on sister ship conquest and we also did not get one, but I accesssed it on my tv in my cabin and also there are red kiosks located on the ship where you can print it out as you go along.

I think now your only choice would be to call Carnival and ask for a copy.

Thank you. I wish I knew that before i got off! The office is now closed so I will call tomorrow.

I just got off the Glory today. I was not given a bill/print-out of the additional charges that I made(drinks, etc.) with my room card. Does anyone know how I can access that total? Thanks!

I think that's a new thing they're doing, another cost savings for them. You have to review it yourself on the TV or print it from the kiosk.

Not getting a bill on the last night is just another reason to pay with cash, and add money as you need/want to make purchases,

I would hate to get home and fine they overcharged you and now you have to find a way to dispute it.

We always pay cash.

Good to know. We check ours daily on the TV but will definitely go print ours out. This reminded me of our last morning on The Conquest one year. We were in the dining room. Family behind us with son around 12. Dad had the printout of their charges for the week. Obviously the son had racked up a good amount in charges. Dad was asking how many hours he spent in the arcade & exactly how many smoothies he needed a day. Without missing a beat, son asked how much he spent on beer & the casino. We nearly choked on our eggs. Pretty sure it was a good thing they were in a public place.

I used a credit card. I actually did have one charge for a drink not mine I had to get fixed.

I dont see how paying cash would have helped. I look when I am walking past the kiosk on deck 5 by the shops, only takes about 30 seconds for me to check it as I walk past.

I'm afraid I don't understand . Are you saying you didn't get a comprehensive statement from the cruise line on your last day, covering all of your charge's for the whole Glory cruise?

JMHO, but if I didn't have a statement very early on the last cruise day, I'd be calling or going to the Purser's office ASAP.

Every cruise we've ever enjoyed gave us an itemized statement before we disembarked.

Yes, I did not get any statement. It was a 2 night cruise to nowhere...so quick I didn't even think about it until it was too late and I got home...fingers crossed that they can help me tomorrow and there are no errors.

It's a new thing, they apparently aren't delivering the final bill the last night any more. You have to either be checking it on your TV or go to one of the kiosks or the purser to ask for a print out.

We've always received a statement the last night, including our Glory cruise a couple of weeks ago. They always used to be slipped under the door but this one was in the metal mailbox by the side of the door. On our last few cruises as we were going down the hall to debark, we've seen lots of statements in the mailboxes that people never picked up. So, if you don't get one under the door, check the mailbox.

The Glory has a couple kiosks that you can use throughout your cruise to print your S&S account details.

We check our account on the TV daily and print it at the kiosk every couple days. Hint: Don't wait until the last night or there will be a long line at the kiosks and at the information desk.

I can understand how you didn't have time to do that on a 2 night cruise.

If you don't get a bill do you at least get a refund check? I am doing a b2b and have a lot of obc I planned on using on the 2nd cruise. Anyone know for sure.

I just got off the Glory and that is correct no statements are placed under your cabin door anymore, also if you have a credit balance of $5 or less it is donated to St Jude....credit balance over $5 you are sent a cheque to your home address within 7 days after the cruise. The documents about disembarking outline all that now.

I got off the glory on july 28th and I had my bill in the mailbox outside the door. They do not slip it under the door anylonger, but put it in the mailbox. Other couple with us also had theirs in their mailbox, so they are still giving out final bills

You can go to the CS desk and request that they cash you out rather than having a check sent to your home. If you wait till the last morning, there will be tons of people at the desk. I suggest going the night before.

Have a great time! :)
