minniann007 Posted August 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2013 Hi everyone We booked a 7 day cruise to Bermuda on Explorer October 20th. We had a great price for a D2 balcony. We are platinum members and got saving certificate of $ 150.00 for a balcony on that cruise which was applied on the final price by RCCL but they refused to give us our balcony discount saying the two rebate were not combinable. Is this correct or should I call them back and speak with another agent ???

edjny Posted August 13, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2013 Correct, balcony discount and savings certificate are not combinable. Also the stockholder benefit can not be combined with balcony discount or savings certificate. Need to pick the best deal and go with that. The only thing that can be combined is the OBC you get if you book on the ship or get a 'Next Cruise' booking.
