Private Tour Suggestions for Cozumel

I'm considering doing a private driver-type thing in Cozumel for 4 or 6 hours (preferably 4). We'd like to do some sight-seeing, go to the Tequila Factory and the Chocolate Factory. Of course, I'd like some shopping in there as well.

 

Any recommendations for a private tour/driver company?

 

What other must-do's/see's would you recommend? We're doing the beach thing at other ports and I'm not interested in ruins (just f.y.i.). Where would you recommend we go for some particularly interesting/good shopping?

 

That's the only bad part of a private tour, you have to come up with your own itinerary!
