hi can any one tell me if its cheaper to purchase excursions before you go off the internet or on the ship its self:confused:

Usually, the ship sponsored excursions are the same price whether you purchase before or on the cruise. If there is an excursion you really want to do, you should book it as soon as possible because popular ones will sell out.

The prices would be the same.

 

For some excursions you run the risk of them being sold out if you wait till you are on the ship.

The price of excursions run through the ship doesn't change. You do lose precious vacation time standing in a line at the desk to book on board. You may also get closed out of more popular tours.

Like anything else, it may be possible to haggle with a private vendor you meet on the dock but that is too risky of a proposition for me.

Sometimes, the price for an excursion is increased if it is selling very well.
