Just wanted to see if anyone has cruised in the Royal Suite on the Grandeur of the Seas. Surprisingly, I cannot find any videos of the stateroom only the same stock photos. If you have, please share your experience. Thanks.

Sadly, I didn't get to sail in the Royal Suite on Grandeur, but I did have the opportunity to tour the RS. (I had an Oceanview stateroom on the Grandeur's Inaugural in 1996). This was the first suite I had ever seen, and it was unforgettable! The living room with baby grand piano, a dining area, a bath that seemed as large as my first apartment! I thought there was a whirlpool tub on the large balcony area too.

Enjoy the photo tour of the Grandeur that was in USA Today about 10 days ago here: http://www.usatoday.com/picture-gallery/travel/cruises/2013/08/12/photo-tour-royal-caribbeans-grandeur-of-the-seas/2644051/. The RS photos begin at about the 65th photo, but you can enjoy the rest of the Grandeur 'til you get to those. There are some nice photos of the RS. :)

We stayed at RS 8500 on the Grandeur of the Seas twice. It's very similar to the RS8500s on the Spendour, the Vision and the Legend. It's a fabulous suite, my favorite on the Vision class ships, especially if you enjoy entertaining guests. You could, for instance, hold the entire Meet&Greet there. Here are some pics from our stay on the Grandeur in February this year:

Thanks so much for the responses and the pictures. Those were perfect and gave me a much better overview than any of the other shots I have seen. Love the red shoes. This suite seems to fit the bill for our needs (reunion central for family members) for our cruise next year.

We were on that sailing with you - our first balcony!

:D Nice! Great ship- loved her size and decor, the beautiful theater curtain, the glass floor in the casino, the soaring atrium. Kinofdc, I enjoyed your photos.
