If you paid through your TA i would contact them immediately. If you paid direct through Celebrity I would contact their customer service line immediately. Best of luck

Usually they will honor price reductions up until when final payment is required, so there should be no downside to paying ahead of time in that regard.

 

You should receive a refund on the difference.

 

If you booked through a TA, their incentives may be reduced due to lower price.

I called this morning. They would apply the new rate (savings of $90 per person) but I would lose the beverage package ( value of $688 per person on a 14 night cruise). I respectfully declined!

Sorry to hear. But it would be silly to lost the beverage package just to save $180.00. That is the one problem with the specials. If the price drops, it is considered a rebooking and you stand to lose any specials under the original booking. Please enjoy your cruise
