Rare Tothesunset Posted September 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2013 We are booked into the Crane Beach Resort prior to our cruise in Nov 2013. Is anyone familiar with this resort? For example, is it easy to get to local restaurants rather than use the resort's restaurants? Any hints and tips to make our couple of days there more interesting? All comments appreciated! Wow, are you lucky to be staying there!! It is one of my favorite places to vist when I am on a cruise when one of the ports is Barbados. It has a beautiful beach and the view from the hotel looking down from the cliff is breath taking. The pools are also beautiful. You will have a nice stay there. They have a few restaurants on the premise and I do not think there are many dining places nearby. The cruise port is about 40 minutes drive by car. When you go there, could you please (if you remember) find out if they still have day passes. We went there on last January's cruise. We are looking forward to spending the day there again on our upcoming cruise in January. My e-mail is: dong70279@aol.com Don
