Tulsajsas Posted September 14, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2013 Does anyone know which nights will be formal on the equinox 10 night Christmas cruise? Just wondering if Christmas night might be formal. Thanks in advance!
sddsddean Posted September 14, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2013 We did an Xmas cruise on RCI Explorer and both Christmas Day and New Years Eve were formal nights as the ship does not visit a port on either day. I believe this is usual practice whatever cruise line you are on. Simon

Just wondering if Christmas night might be formal. Thanks in advance! Celebrity's usual procedure for a ten night cruise is for the formal nights to be day 2 and day 9. Since Christmas is in the middle and a 6:00P.M departure, not sure if they will have a formal night on Christmas day. You will not know before you get on board. Just wondering if Christmas night might be formal. Thanks in advance! We were on Millennium for Christmas/New Year last year and formal evenings were Christmas Day, New Years Eve and the evening of second last night of the cruise. Tiggertastic Posted September 15, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 15, 2013 On our last 3 they xmas and/or new year cruises they have made christmas day and new years eve formal and on the 14 night one, they made the 2nd to last night on the Eclipse a formal too so we had 3. On our next one the last night is new years eve so we don't expect it to be formal as we all have to get our luggage out at 11pm. We did a RCCL one where the last night was new years eve and it was normal dress.
