Questions about Tuesday Sale Booking

We are thinking about taking a cruise before the end of the year and I am stalking the Tuesday sales. I have a few questions.

 

1) We just hit Platinum on C&A (I know, not much but we are still excited)-can I get the $75 balcony discount with the Tuesday sale price?

 

2) If I book through a TA, how do I explain to them that I am C&A and that I want to book the Tuesday sale price?

 

3) How early on Monday (C&A pre-sale) can you book the cruise?

You can also book it yourself and then transfer the reservation to your TA.
