Cruise Tour

We are currently in Vancouver on a Cruise Tour arranged by Brewster. BEWARE!!!! You are totally on you own! No Celebrity rep in sight! Horrible instructions. Must take luggage luggage down street to another hotel which is over a block away down an incline. Called Brewester, finally gave us $25 onboard credit to get taxi. Thank heaven staff at Fairmont has helped us sort out all the arrangements. Staff at Fairmont says, Brewster has inconsistent service. This is first cruise tour with Celebrity and I am not impressed.

I agree with OP. We had the Brewster tour company and it wasn't one of the best land tours we have taken. Ours was in Canadian Rockies too. The scenery was awesome. I did do a review on this tour, but I'm sure it is gone by now. This was about 2 yrs ago. The Alaskan land tour was top notch all the way.
