This forward section is where the superstructure of the ship moves out - basically reaching its furthest outward point at 7046 - and there is no lifeboat cover in this area. The cover is behind and towards the back of the ship from there. There should be no obstruction of view in any direction, including down, as the lifeboats are essentially flush to the ship side here and you are out towards the edge of the cover line.
