Butterfly Farm and Beach also cancelled

We have just learnt that the Butterfly Farm and Beach tour through Royal Caribbean has also been cancelled, like the zoo. We don't usually take ship excursions but chose this one for simplicity since we are travelling with a toddler.

 

We are now having to re-think the day. Can anyone tell me if we get a taxi, are most of the taxis vans, or cars? Is there an extra charge for a van, like Cozumel? Is it possible(?) safe(?) to walk from the Butterfly Farm to Le Galleon with a stroller?

There are no open air truck style taxis in St. Martin. They use vans. I don't think that I have seen car taxi's lately. The walk from the butterfly farm to Le Galion is about 5 minutes I think. The road to Le Gallion is now paved so a stroller would be fine.
