Georgetown - Best Excursions?

Hi everyone,

My wife and I have are going on a 7 day MSC Western Carribean Cruise on November 30th 2013.

As this is our first cruise, I'd like to get an idea as to what/which excursions are best for each port of call.

I reviewed older threads inquiring about the same thing and saw that swimming with stingrays was mentioned quite a bit:

Just a small list of names I got from there were:

Moby Dick Tours

https://www.captainmarvins.com

MarineLand Tours

Native Way - seems to be the best according to most.

Any and all recommendations are appreciated.

I will be posting in the Jamaica, Bahamas and Mexico forums as well in case some one would like to help.

Thanks,

For Grand Cayman, if you're never been, Stingray City is a must. You just can't do that anywhere else, and the water in GC is gorgeous. We did Nativeway and I wasn't that impressed- our excursion through the ship on Celebrity was better. Next time I'd try Capt Marvins. No matter WHO you book through, make sure your excursion leaves EARLY! Late arrivals means few stringrays and crowds of people.

For Mexico, do you mean Cozumel? Lots of people love Nachi Cocum- we just booked that for our upcoming cruise. Catamaran sail/snorkel is also a great excursion.

For Jamaica, that depends on which place you're docking. We went to Falmouth once, did a beach excursion. Our upcoming trip to Jamaica we'll probably just hang out on the ship- didn't love it. But if you're docking in Ocho Rios you'll be closer to the action and can do Dunns River Falls or Montego Bay?

Hope that helps!
