jtl513 Posted October 24, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Does it show when you preview? Did you remember to Save? Assuming you're trying to add another countdown clock like your 2104 cruise, are you certain you're getting the whole generated string from ? Give some specifics on what is happening ... Fouremco Posted October 24, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Maybe CC website issues? None of the highlighting or colouring indicating new threads, ones I've read, etc., seem to be working for me today. Maybe give it a day or two and try again. Krazy Kruizers Posted October 24, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Many people have several upcoming cruises listed in their signatures. Hope you remembered to hit the "save" button. If that doesn't work -- try tomorrow.

jtl513 Posted October 25, 2013 #7 Share Posted October 25, 2013 I have a new Apple computer at work . It won't do it either. . I've yet to try it at home on our PC which I have used before with no problems .Safari used to generate bad CC countdown clock code, but I thought that was fixed. Firefox used to, but I know that has now been fixed because I'm using it. If you're using Safari, try a different browser.
jtl513 Posted October 25, 2013 #8 Share Posted October 25, 2013 If you're using Safari, try a different browser.I don't mean stop using Safari altogether, just use something else to generate the countdown clock code string.
California Traveler Posted October 25, 2013 Author #9 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Thanks for all your ideas - I just need step by step instructions. All I see is a "edit" feature. I use the existing avitar - nothing fancy for me. CT

jtl513 Posted October 25, 2013 #11 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Works fine in Safari for me.Must be fixed then. It used to stick an extraneous % sign in the middle of the string that fouled it up. Thanks for all your ideas - I just need step by step instructions. All I see is a "edit" feature. I use the existing avitar - nothing fancy for me. 1) Click on Countdown Clocks in the header bar and fill in the blanks. You must select one of the thumbnail photos. Click the Create Your Countdown button. 2) Select the generated text string ( ) with Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C 3) Click on User CP either below the text string or in the header bar 4) Click Edit Signature - No Advertising 5) Paste (Ctrl+V) the text into the edit box where you want it 6) Click Preview Signature at the bottom 7) If all okay, click Save Signature 8) If NG, don't Save, and try again! :D I presumed you knew how to do that because you have a clock for 2014. :)
