PS: Can anyone tell me is this Melbourne's first ship of the season? or has there been others that I have missed?

I think so, and Dawn Princess is the first ship to arrive in Adelaide - this Friday. I'm on her in a couple of weeks but it is a long drive to Outer Harbour to check her out. Then Dawn goes on to Melbourne.

 

I know in March that both Queen Mary 2 and Celebrity Solstice will be in Melbourne on the same day. I didn't think the Port was big enough for two large ships. The Trams are going to be bedlam at 3.30pm - school's out and over 5000 passengers wanting to get to their ships.
