Best Part of Seven Mile Beach for Young Family

I've read about the various beach clubs like Public Beach/Calico Jacks and Royal Palms. I'm looking for some input on what would be the best spot to go with my 5 and 2 year old to spend some time at the beach and have a chair or two with an umbrella. We'd like access to food and drink and toilets. Also, we'd like to try and avoid feeling super crowded on the beach. Not sure this is even possible?

Thanks!

For a beach stop with little kids I recommend Seven Mile Beach Public Beach. They have playground equipment!

Sea Grape Beach section of Seven Mile Beach has the playground equipment, bathrooms and a pavillion, in addition to a great beach! Enjoyed this after leaving the ships excusion "beach break" that had us piled one on top of another:eek:
