Can you please tell me where a few things are on the Liberty?

Taste Bar?

Fish and Chips?

Sushi Bar?

Ice Cream?

Secret doors?

Where do we go to exit the ship for ports?

Here's the link for the deck plans from the Carnival website:

http://www.carnival.com/cruise-ships/carnival-liberty.aspx

You'll be able easily locate what's available on the Liberty.

Hi Eng4 :)

In regards to the secret doors, well, they are not really a secret, they

are simply doors at the forward most points of the ship that lead to

outside deck area's.

After looking at the Liberty's deck plans, it appears as if they are located

on decks 6, 7, 9 and 10.

The outside area on deck 9 is on top of the bridge.

As to where you go to exit the ship when in port, go to the forward stairway, just past the main elevators & lobby area. Follow the crowd. Do make sure you have your S&S card and a photo I.D (such as your driver's license). The security at some ports will want to see a photo I.D. before letting you approach the ship to re-board. Your S&S card will be your boarding pass back onto the ship. (Hope I'm not telling you something you already know about re-boarding.)

To explain in a typed post can't be done if you have no idea of the ship in the first place.

Another poster provided the deck plans, that's really the best option. It won't take long to spot things out once on board.

Once on board, there are cards with basic layouts, and there's maps on the wall at every elevator and they have a dot saying "you are here".

How do I find the doors to these areas? Are they marked?

We were at Portland Maine (on GLORY)..

when we got to Port Security my wife had only her S&S card, but no other photo ID.

Let's see how this pans out, I thought.

Security reached for a long Passenger List, asks her name

then wants to know her date-of-birth.

She gave him the right date and she was cool to proceed.

That was a clever solution, I thought.
