What are the 2 Boxes under the craps table on Carnival cruise lines?

If I remember correctly one is for cash and the other for tips in chips. I could be wrong though as I have only watched from a distance and don't play the game

By the way these craps tables have electronic wires running to them. I only noticed all this when another player was asking other players about it in a joking, but maybe serious manner. The pit boss didn't comment or answer the man.

Well, I sailed on the Liberty out of Miami this last week. There were no boxes under these tables. Interesting note...I won some good money. Are the boxes the difference? Lol.....

Carnival hires a lot of short dealers. Those are to step up on to be able to reach the whole table. ;)

I don't know if you were joking, but I have seen short dealers standing on boxes from time to time.
