Krazy Kruizers Posted November 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2013 These are the menus from the Nieuw Amsterdam Western Caribbean 7 day cruise. We only got part of the dessert menus delivered to the cabin -- second page was never there -- the one that lists the Sundae and crisp of the day. Day #1 (Embarkation Day) I will not repeat this part for each day.

innlady1 Posted November 20, 2013 #17 Share Posted November 20, 2013 Yonnie...thank you so much for posting these. We were on the NA for 21 days prior to your cruise and the menu was totally different! Was Marco Van Bellegham the Hotel Director on your cruise? And, Dave Shea the Cruise Director? They mentioned leaving for the Eurodam so I wondered if that had happened in Fort Lauderdale on 10/27.
Krazy Kruizers Posted November 21, 2013 Author #18 Share Posted November 21, 2013 KK, what is your opinion of the Master Chef's International Dinner that you experienced this time? When HAL started the original Master Chef's dinner years ago -- we went to a couple of times -- and hated all the dancing, etc. Then when that disappeared and HAL introduced this New International Dinner, we looked over the menu and decided that we would rather have a nice quiet meal in the Pinnacle (or Tamarind) to conclude our cruise. So we have never tried the new Master Chef International dinner.

Yes Marco and Dave were on for the full 14 days. We met Marco years ago on another ship. Dave was new to us.
