We are sailing soon and have an unassigned guarantee cabin. What do we put on our luggage tags for cabin number?

Nothing, get the tags at the port if no cabin #, they will have it.

You usually are notified of your stateroom assignment prior to sailing, but if not, they will have it for you at check in as indicated.
