This has been discussed many times there: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=159 Also look for the roll call thread for your sailing (if there is one). Sometimes you can join others on your cruise on privately booked excursions: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=613 Edited December 3, 2013 by 6rugrats
jmf123 Posted December 3, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2013 kdreamer, you are booked on one of my wish list sailings... I would definitely plan to see The Baths, at Virgin Gorda. These are huge granite rock formations, with tidal pools and grottoes. Google it for info and photos. :) I love the BVIs, we spent a week on Virgin Gorda. You will have an amazing honeymoon! Also, check out the Caribbean Ports of Call forum here for discussion on each port: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=
CruiserBruce Posted December 3, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 3, 2013 Why take the most popular excursions? What if the most popular excursion involves swimming, and you can't swim? As suggested, you need to look at what Windstar offers, and decide what interests you. You might w ant to look on the Caribbean Ports board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=587 You might find you can tour some of these ports on your own (known as DIY), or get a private tour.
