We book through a TA and don't get the email that says docs are ready.

 

When we used to book direct, and then transfer the booking to the TA, we had a chance to fill out our email address on the web page regarding electronic docs. In that case we would get the email that said docs are ready. However, now we let the TA do the initial booking, and that email address field remains blank.

We book through a TA and always get the email from RCI. Make sure your email is in your online check in and profile.
