Gatwick or Barbados Duty Free?

We are taking our first P&O cruise from Barbados, on the P&O Azura, over New Year.

 

I would like to buy a few bottles of Champagne for consumption in the cabin.

 

Does anyone know how prices compare between the duty free at Gatwick and the one in the cruise terminal at Barbados?

Local availability (on the island) can be dodgy.

If it were me, I'd try to buy one or two bottles at Gatwick

and then one or two bottles at Barbados airport,

thus hedging my bets.

 

Barbados is not a cheap place, not even at alleged Duty Free prices

so I'd try both sources. ;)
